2. Project Cancellation

• Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project after it has been initiated, any refunds will be determined based on the progress of work completed and the expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation. An administrative fee may also be applied.
• Company-Initiated Cancellation: If we cancel the project for any reason, a prorated refund will be issued for the services that have not been completed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

• The service provided significantly deviates from the agreed scope of work, as outlined in the initial contract.
• Deliverables are not provided as per the specified timeline without reasonable justification.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Any digital deliverables, such as design files and plans, that have already been delivered to the client are non-refundable.
• Third-party charges, including permit fees, consultant costs, or software licenses, are also non-refundable.

5. Change of Scope

If the scope of work changes significantly after the project has begun, additional charges may apply, and refunds may not be available for previously completed work.
